Cook-Baker

Basic Course “Cook + Baker” A unique program that combines two professions at once — cook and baker. You will receive theoretical materials and practical training in a modern kitchen, as well as hands-on practice in restaurants and cafés. All ingredients and equipment are provided by the school, and upon completion you will receive a certificate valid throughout Europe.
Where the training takes place: Tallinn (Vabaduse väljak 2) and Narva (Geneva Concert Hall).
Class schedule: Monday to Thursday, 18:00–21:00.
Course duration: 400 academic hours.
Instructors: Vladimir Ilyin, Andrey Gritskov, Olga Guseva, Tamara Khodyakova.
Language of instruction: Russian / Estonian.
